The PowerPoint show runs from instructions through the process of photosynthesis and includes information on respiration. Learners can complete this activity on their own or with guidance from a teacher. They will require a computer or device with PowerPoint to play the show. Once opened, learners will click through the animations

This interactive, exciting animated quiz tests multiplication by the number 2. The quiz requires learners to click on the correct answers and watch them change color, to progress to an animated celebration. The aim is to excite learners in their learning. The animated visual quiz can be used by a teacher operating the quiz in front of a whole class OR it can be used by learners independently. The only requirement is a computer with software or a mobile app which supports PowerPoint presentations

Teaching style

I love interactive, hands on teaching. With an introduction of background information in order to broaden my learners' minds and contextualize their follow up questions (particularly when teaching Art History and previously General Science or Life Orientation and Physical Education). Exploratory activities into a topic can also help learners apply this background information before they formally learn the detail of our section.
