This business communication packet contains three different activities, which focus on formal business letters. There is a 10-question technical writing quiz, along with a section focused on completing parts of a business letter. Lastly, there are three examples of business letters (block format), and students must correct the mistakes. These activities are wonderful for in-class or homework. They definitely reinforce business communication for secondary and adult education students.

This packet includes two technical writing prompts for students to practice communicating with business e-mails. Students will respond to situations that occur in the real world today! These practical, real-world prompts intertwine educational technology and technical writing for students. This would be great for business classes, technology classes, or adult education experiences.

This Language Arts packet includes printables and stories for comma practice. For the first section, students place commas in the sentences. Then, students have two stories to read and place commas in the appropriate spots. This is a great reinforcement activity for ELA and commas. This is an excellent Valentine's Day themed lesson, which includes common vs. proper nouns, singular vs. plural nouns, and pronoun identification. There is a printable for each noun section. This language arts activity can be used as a class-wide activity, individual work, or homework. Students will enjoy the Valentine theme, while brushing up on important grammar skills. Students practice writing the correct heading (writer's address), date, reader's address (inside address), and salutation. This helps students to understand and identify the parts of a letter.
