Individual Group Project evaluation
This is a simple form for students to fill out as often as you see fit. It allows them to evaluate their group and their group members privately, and gives them an avenue to discuss issues the group is having privately. It helps student feel they have a way to tell you if a group member isn't pulling their weight, or if there's a major problem with their project. See also the group collaboration rubric for teachers and the independent work time evaluation for students.

Teaching style
I am a teacher who will give kids the road map, but they have to do the learning. I am big on group projects, individual projects, peer teaching, active learning, and 21st century learning is one of my specialties.

Additional biographical information
I love to create. I've taught for a long time, and I am still revamping things to make them more fun, and more interesting to the kids. I am very excited to be apart of this website, as we all know that teachers are HIGHLY underpaid for their time in the industry...
All of my docs are in pdf format because I am a freak about great fonts. If you buy my product, but need it edited, please email me and I will email you the word doc (but it will come out with gerbally fonts that can easily be fixed).
