Teaching style

My approach focuses on practical use (function AND form!), meaningful engagement, and reducing teacher prep time. I believe learning activities should be accessible, adaptable, and grounded in evidence-based practice while still being fun and motivating for students. EdTool's resources are designed for the modern teacher/therapist, whether you're working 1:1 or with the entire class, across subjects, intervention settings, or therapy sessions, as well as in-person or virtual.

Awards & shining teacher moments

EdTool's resources were selected for the 2025 Tech & Learning Award of Excellence for primary school and were shortlisted for the 2025 Digital Education Awards

My own education history

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and am a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
