Behavior Contract
Have a student that is causing some issues in their classes. Offer an incentive based intervention with the use of a behavior contract. If you don't like the required sections fill them in with you own then print them out. I personally then put the student in charge of taking the contract to all the classes and giving it to the teacher. This worked well on the student I made it for. I hope it does the same for you!
