This lesson demonstrates three different strategies for finding a number that is 10 more, 1 more, 10 less and 1 less than a given number. Experience

This is my 7th year of teaching. I taught 3rd grade for 2 years, and Pre K for 3 years. I have been teaching 1st grade for 2 years now.

I like to keep my teaching methods varied throughout the day. I think it is important to appeal to all learning styles.

My own education history

I graduated from Penn State University for both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I am certified in Early Childhood Education (N-3) and Elementary Education (K-6). I recently completed my Master's of Education in Instructional Systems-Educational Technology.
