I created this review game to review Chapter 3 of McGraw-Hill, My Math for my 1st grade class. This review game is designed to be used with a classroom response system. If you don't have a classroom response system, you can use buzzers, or have students hold up fingers for their choice. For example, choice B would be 2 fingers. Students can chase a gingerbread man around the school with this QR Code Hunt! This is particularly fun to do in conjunction with a gingerbread cookie baking activity. You can pretend the cookies escaped, and that the students have to hunt them down. There are 9 clues in all. The hunt starts in the classroom, and goes to the following locations: cafeteria, nurse's office, office, music room, gym, art room, playground and library. This is a webquest about the life cycle of frogs. It has 6 sections: Introduction Task- Final Product will be a puppet show, but this can be altered to suit your needs. Process- Includes 2 videos, 3 links to websites, 1 writing prompt and an interactive quiz that gives automatic feedback Evaluation Rubric Conclusion Audio directions are included on each slide for emerging readers, as well as, action buttons for easy navigation.

This PowerPoint based webquest on the life cycle of butterflies is broken down into 6sections: Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Sources This webquest includes: 3 Videos 2 Links to Interactive Learning Activities 1 Self Checking Quiz 1 Writing Prompt The webquest culminates with students create a puppet show, and there is a rubric included to assess student performance.

In this QR scavenger hunt, students use a smartphone or tablet to scan QR codes. When they scan a code they will hear a mathematical word problem (addition or subtraction) read to them. They have to solve and record their answer before moving on to the next code.
