Teaching style

In my flipped classroom model, I enjoy monitoring student learning and providing support as I assess student progress in real time. Additionally, during my two years as a Resident Advisor, I had to wear a variety of hats: mentor, program facilitator, emphatic listener, and policy enforcer. These roles directly correlate to teaching as I can effectively communicate and listen to the needs of each student.
