The Time Capsule Questionnaire is a simple questionnaire for students to fill out at the beginning and end of the year. The purpose is for students to make predictions about the school year and then see what really happened. It is also fun for them to see how their tastes have changed.

This form is to used for absent students. The task will require a student that is the "P.A.L." as a class job. The student will simply sign the note on the outside of the envelop or folder and then place all daily work into the envelop along with the agenda for the day. If there are multiple days absent, I would just continue to use the same envelope. This give the students a contact point other than the teacher.

The Study Buddy program is an optional aide for students and parents when it comes to homework. Students must come up with a new "EOR" (End of the Rainbow) prize to become an Honorary Leprechaun. The pack takes them step by step from introduction, to brain storming, to an (optional) example application, first draft page, final draft page and picture page. This pack includes signage for centers and student tags. The student tags are a nautical theme.

Get your engines started! This FREE packet contains an explanation of the Racing to Read activity. You can use it with any grade level and any reading series you may choose. Students are simply to read 10 fiction and 10 nonfiction books in a year. You could change the theme and still use the fiction/nonfiction slips in this packet.
