My experience includes serving as a High School Marching Band Director and coaching Football, Basketball, Track & Field, and Strength & Conditioning. At the administrative level I've lead teams to success, established strategic partnerships in higher ed, and developed instructional programs from the ground up. I believe success is built through commitment, teamwork, accountability, and a culture of excellence. Whether leading a marching band performance, preparing athletes for competition, or developing strength and conditioning programs, my goal has always been to inspire students to work hard, lead confidently, and achieve beyond their expectations. Developing people—not just performers and athletes—has always been at the heart of my work.
