Teaching style

Students' engagement is key to my teaching. I always consider their needs and interests before anything else. I hate doing the same thing in the same way and seeing boredom in my students' eyes. I'm flexible, more dynamic and humorous in the classroom. I want my students to learn and enjoy every moment they spend with me. Because this is what fuels their engagement and makes them more productive in learning. Bringing fun to their learning also energizes me and rewires my brain. I can forget about how much tired and overwhelmed I'm. In my teaching, I also intend to develop my students' agency, providing them with multiple opportunities to share their new learning with us, make choices and be part of the decision-making process. I want to see them initiating, creating and going beyond my teaching content. I really love this!
