I have six years of experience as a classroom teacher and currently work in Early Literacy. I began my career in Philadelphia as a Kindergarten Teacher. After achieving my Library Science certification, I continued working in urban education with PK-6 students. Crocodile Number Comparison (0-10)
Includes 20 interactive slides for students to complete for independent practice and 2 example slides to provide directions. Students will see two numbers from 0-10 and have to click and drag each number to the correct side of the crocodile. The smaller number goes on the side with the tail, while the larger number is "fed" to the crocodile by placing it on the slide with the crocodile's mouth. I have six years of experience as a classroom teacher and currently work in Early Literacy. I began my career in Philadelphia as a Kindergarten Teacher. Teaching style
I believe in the power of peer collaboration. I love learning centers and small group work! The more students can work together to solve problems and create new things, the more effective their education will be.
My own education history
I grew up attending a public elementary school, but switched into private school for middle and high school. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia and Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from WGU! I recently obtained my +30 through PDI credits and plan get more in the future. I currently hold two Level II certifications, one in Elementary Education and the other in Library Science. I consider myself a life-long learner!
