About the store
I am Paula Prosper. I taught Technology for five years at the Kindergarten through 6th-grade levels at a McLean, Virginia Montessori school. I developed all aspects of the the program, curriculum, and content from the ground up.
I taught High School Math for six years at an Arlington County, Virginia public school back in the 1990s. I'm now back in the math classroom at a Fairfax County, Virginia middle school.
From the fall of 2013 until the summer of 2016, my family and I lived and traveled on our 43-foot sailboat. During that time I home-schooled my two teenagers.

Messaging With Text Technology Lesson Plan & Materials
Summary: Students learn how font and color choices can communicate certain messages. Students complete a worksheet and discuss (in pairs or as a class) various font choices. Students create four “party invitations” in the form of text-boxes and format the invitations to communicate particular aspects of the message.

Experience

Teaching style
I specialize in creating technology lessons with easy-to-understand and detailed step-by-step instructions. These are utilized for either direct-instruction lessons or as written/visual materials for the student.
