At the core of my instructional approach is the belief that “less is more.” I strive for simplicity and clarity in my teaching tools and resources. I do not believe in overloading my students with unnecessary decorations or distractions. Through my Educational Technology Certification, I’ve learned the importance of being intentional with what I include in my instructional materials. Each element serves a purpose, supporting the focus on the learning task at hand. This minimalist approach ensures that students are not diverted by extraneous elements, but instead can engage deeply with the content.
