12 years teaching Pre-K students with significant delays/disabilities, 3 years as an Exceptional Student Education Specialist, and currently teaching Kindergarten. Department Head/Leader: 1997-2000

My students' needs dictate my style. I must constantly be evaluating my style to make sure it is meeting the needs of the students I work with; especially when they are exceptional needs students with individual needs. Balance is key and I pull from several styles of teaching which include but are not limited to: structured, play-based, and inclusion models.
