This sheet is a tool used to easily communicate between teachers and students each week to gain a better understanding of where students see themselves and also for students to understand what teachers are expecting from them during the week. This tool can also be helpful in order to understand where a student may need extra support and when to check in on them based on what they may see as challenging during the week.
