About the store
My mother and I combined have 20+ years in education. My mother (Judy Brown) worked in the special education field and the 2nd grade classroom. She is still involved with children through systematic testing 3 times a year. She also tutors students in reading. I (Rachel Thiry) will start my 5th year in the 3rd grade classroom. It's been a pleasure to have taught many students over the years.

STEM activities in the classroom are a fantastic engagement opportunity! Students enjoy challenges, show off their creativity, develop partner skills, and much more.
Recently Dollar Tree had these National Geographic books. Wow! What a great find. Hint, I check my local Dollar Tree for this typeof book frequently.
STEM challenge cards were created for each of the books. Most of the cards will have sentence from the book and a challenge activity for the students to complete.

I love having a classroom where my students explore and discover! Through a combination of large group, small group, and individual lessons I work with my students.

I (Judy Brown) have earned degrees in Elementary Education grades 1-8, Cross Categorical PreK-12, and Learning Disabilities 1-12.
Recently I've been enjoying taking classes focusing on technology.
