I'm Elementary Edgar, and I believe great teaching starts with great curriculum. With over 20 years in education, my experience spans upper elementary (Grades 3-5), 7th-grade geography, and several years as a Director of Curriculum & PD/Principal of Teaching and Learning. My journey through public, private, and international schools has given me a unique perspective, but my greatest strength remains curriculum design. Teaching style

I became a teacher because I believe in the power of education to shape a meaningful future. I want to help students develop the skills they need to succeed—skills like communication, problem-solving, perseverance, compassion, and service. Education is a journey, and every student begins from a different place. It’s the teacher’s role to guide them toward shared academic goals in ways that meet their individual needs. I enjoy getting to know my students’ strengths and designing learning experiences that fit how they learn best. I'm a native Texan who's now back in Texas after 11 years overseas. I've got a fantastic, creative wife, whom I've been married to more than 20 years. My son is in high school, and he's an energetic dynamo. God is good.
