Elementary Educator Personal Store

Teach students how to write checks, fill out deposit slips, and keep a check register. Teach students that in life, one must be responsible for monthly expenses including, but not limited to, transportation, rent/mortgage, groceries, and etc. This can be a week long activity or daily activity for students. If you stretch this out over the week, you can have students spend as little as one hour a day dedicated to this project.

Ensure students understand a digital and non-digital clock as well as applying methods of understanding minutes between hours in word form.
