After 26 years of teaching, I've been trained and certified in various areas of the elementary spectrum which include Reading Recovery, Fountas and Pinnell LLI, Reader's Workshop, Learning Focused, Write From the Beginning, EIP,...many more! I also obtained my Reading certification from Georgia State University. It's been a fun ride so far!

Use these sheets to help “break the ice” during the first few days of school. Great activity to help your students get to know names…and each other!! Sheets gain complexity which makes them appropriate for older students. Use one each day for a week (5 sheets included) as part of first week morning routine.

My own education history
My degrees include Masters degrees in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University and Education Specialist in Brain Based Teaching and Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. I also have a my Reading Certification from Georgia State.
