Use this simple log to help establish clear goals with any students struggling to complete tasks or meet behavior expectations. You can list the subject, task, or even class time on the side, and then use a pen, sticker, or a hole puncher to show the student met the expectations. Ideally, you would set a "point goal" with the student for each week. When that goal is met, they receive a predetermined reward!
