Students can monitor themselves through their tests throughout the year. They have the opportunity to set goals, make changes, and observe where they are based on their scores. The NM AP ME MA at the top stands for Not Met, Approaches, Meets, and Masters. This is based on the expected score of the test that the students took.

Higher level thinking opportunity where students have to select their favorite factor and explain/defend/prove their reasoning! Often used as a review for multiplication. Great for station work, technology integration, multiplication review, and enabling student independence!

Have students use their compare and contrast skills to compare their favorite movies! This is a great opener or closure to lessons regarding comparing and contrasting texts, pictures, and more.
