Starting my teaching career in Pittsburgh, I soon moved back home to North Carolina where I taught Kindergarten for three years. Looking for a way to build a fresh start of our own, my husband and I moved to Florida in 2011 where I have since taught Kindergarten for four years and just begun my first year teaching first grade!

I am happily married to my husband Matt and we have one beautiful baby girl! We love animals with three dogs and a cat of our own, and spend a lot of time cheering on our favorite sports teams and strolling around the Disney Parks.
