I have spent the last six years teaching the most wonderful special needs children who surprise me every day with their ability to overcome their disability. I teach children in grades 3-5, who have various disabilities, many of which are also ELLs.
This versatile data collection sheet is perfect for meeting various record-keeping needs. It can be used to track exit slips, attendance, assessment scores, behavior, and more. Enjoy!
I used this little label this year for the back to school treats that I made for my colleagues. It reads "Have a Marvelous & Magnificent School Year!" I used a 1.5 inch round hole punch and mounted them on a 1.75 inch scallop circle punch. The outcome was adorable!
I hope you enjoy this freebie!

My own education history
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. After dabbling in different careers I decided to follow my heart and went back to school to get a degree in teaching. I found a wonderful program at the University of New Mexico that allowed me to obtain my master's degree in special education while working in my own classroom. I had the support of amazing and knowledgable mentors who inspired me to strive for equality for my students across school settings.
