Rounding on a Number Line
This PowerPoint is an excellent tool for introducing rounding or reviewing at the end of the year. I prefer a more conceptual approach, so you will see this reflected in the product.
-The PowerPoint begins with an analogy for rounding that students can relate to.
-I have also included real-life examples to help students understand why rounding is an important skill.
