I am currently a Kindergarten teacher in a self-contained classroom. I have experience teaching K, 2, 3, and 4 in both public and charter schools,

Teaching style

I keep a fast paced, data driven classroom. I use whole brain teaching whenever possible and make sure students are doing the thinking work at all times.

My own education history

I have my Bachelor's Degrees from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in English and Political Science. I graduated from the Relay Graduate School of Education in order to get my teaching certification. I also hold a master's degree in Child's Advocacy and Policy.
