About the store

Experience

With nearly a decade of teaching experience teaching Hanna has learned and grown so much as a teacher as well. Her methods have expanded over time to better suit students and how they learn. She specializes in private lessons, Montessori group lessons for choir and ukulele, as well as teaching in the classroom.

Teaching style

Hanna is a dedicated vocal, piano, ukulele teacher and choral instructor for all of her students. She is also a curator and teacher of after school music programs for Montessori Schools, teaching Ukulele Jams, Vocal Power Jams. Hanna strives to educate and make learning music fun and enjoyable experience for all of her students with an individual approach.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Hanna has won certificates and awards such as the Palmer Music Award from the Newmarket Festival in November of 2017. She has also traveled abroad to study in Saarburg, Germany for a Music Festival to perform classical vocal repertoire. She continues to apply to programs abroad and is studying and pursuing a career in Opera Performance in Toronto.

My own education history

Hanna is a classical musician originating in Toronto and residing north of the city. She received her Undergraduate Degree with Honours from York University in 2018 and is part of the York University Alumni. Hanna has over 20 years of classical vocal training as well as singing with the York University Concert Choir for all of her degree and with the Chamber Choir for two years as well.
