Quick slip for assessing parents. This includes allergies, updated phone number, bus or pickup question, siblings within the school, do they have internet at home, can the child write and count to 100, knows all letters and sounds, write in a complete sentence, and can they read simple words/sight words. I wanted the most important info on one quick and easy page so parents and myself are not overwhelmed. This was great to have parents fill out before my open house presentation began. Kinderga
