I have been working with students since 2010. I have worked with students from 3 through 7 years old. I have learned that students learn through movement and experiencing the world and I try my best to incorporate that when I teach.
Are you teaching Main Topic remotely? Well I had to teach this concept like many others and I began making these presentations to support this work. I video record myself introducing the topic and explaining each slide. Each slide has visuals and a task for students to complete. Included are suggested texts from the site epic (FREE) so students can practice. I have yet to use this in a classroom but I can see myself using it. The students and their parents said it was easy to use and clear.

Editable phone welcome note to students. This is in the shape of a phone and has plenty of graphics for students to help read their welcome note. This can be used for a welcome or goodbye letter or many things in between. I used this with students at the end of a summer literacy program and for my future students too. The students and families really enjoyed it. They said it showed a lot of thought went into the work! Enjoy.

Teaching style
Experiential learning; hands on activities; huge on dramatic play; let them get dirty!!! Let them try it; better that they try and make a mistake than for someone else to do it for them. It is true that we learn from our mistakes.
