Teaching style

As a School Social Worker, my teaching approach is rooted in guidance-based, person-centered practices. I design resources that are strength-based, inclusive, and trauma-informed—perfect for use in guidance lessons, classroom SEL instruction, and small group support. My materials are made with visual learners and auditory learners in mind and include ways to apply social work theories in real-life educational settings. You’ll find interactive worksheets, movement-based tools, and hands-on strategies that promote emotional regulation, social skills, and self-awareness in children and teens.

My own education history

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Neumann University and my Master's Degree from Widener University. I received my clinical license in 2023, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness.
