🌟 Welcome, and thank you for visiting my store! 🌟 With over 25 years of teaching experience and advanced degrees in Education and Curriculum & Instruction, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting teachers and inspiring students. My background spans English Language Arts, Reading, and Social Studies—and I love bringing that knowledge into the resources I create. Early in my career, my students often asked me the same question: “Why does informational text always have to be so boring?” I understood their struggle. Many reluctant readers would shut down the moment they saw another dry passage. So, I flipped the script. Instead of sticking to uninspiring texts, I began writing my own—built around what was current, trending, and exciting in their world: sports, music, film, social media, and more. Suddenly, reading became a hook. Students leaned in, laughed, debated, and connected. And once they were engaged, they were ready to take on the more “traditional” passages with confidence. 💡 That’s the mission of Elevated2Learning, LLC—creating high-interest, standards-aligned resources that spark curiosity and turn even the most reluctant reader into a confident one. 👉 If you’ve ever wished your students would want to read informational text, you’re in the right place.
