This colorful, Memorial Day themed activity contains 7 problems for calculating the area and perimeter of a rectangle. Students must be able to use a calculator, or multiply 2 digit by 2 digit numbers, and multiply and add decimals. Please see the preview as each page contains one problem. This activity will look best if printed in color and used as a math center.
This activity provides instructions for students and teacher tips to create an ice cream cone from paper and a balloon. Students must measure and calculate the volume of the cone in cubic inches.
This handy student reference sheet is two pages which can be laminated back to back. Please see my preview for content.
