This lesson reviews some major events in European History - The English Civil War and the French Revolution - by looking at how depictions of those events changed over time. It's a great tool for reminding students of these events and their consequences, evaluating continuity and change, considering periodization, and helping students understand the impacts of present-mindedness.

This may work best in a one-to-one environment where students can cut and paste graphics from online sources.
