This graphic organizer helps to check for understanding as student read longer chapter books by encouraging them to stop and think about what they've read at the end of each chapter! Use for Reading Rotations, homework, etc.

I created this document to instill a little order in the chaos that is the classroom library system. I recently added a column for students to note the condition in which they are returning their books to encourage them to think about the way they handle our classroom books!
