I created this equivalent fraction slideshow for my students to show on a Google Meet and Zoom. There are 7 slides altogether. I am going to be using this as a check for understanding. They will participate by holding up a white board or piece of paper with the answer, so that I can check to see if they are grasping our new concept in math. Students will be given a model on how to write a math story, with dragging manipulatives to help them, writing an equation, and explaining how they solved the problem. They will then be given those same slides as a model, but blank so they can do it themselves. This is very interactive and fun for the holiday season!
Instead of having a large behavior tracker in the front of the room with everyones clothespin on it, I figured I would make them have their own at their desks. It has allowed them the freedom to move their color, see where they are throughout the day and kept them accountable. I laminated them and then put a velcro square on the back, and attached them to their desks. I use a small clothespin for each ladder.
Gradebooks are a waste of money. Create your own in a binder for every subject. Thumbnail is incorrect. The slanted lines are on top when you download.
