I have had the benefit of teaching in a variety of experiences ranging from an ESL/ISSP support role, a Junior - ASD contained classroom, and as grade 3 and 4 teacher. I would like to share some of the resources I have created to help my learners and hopefully you might find some use for them as well. Feel free to edit anything you find as you see fit.

Forces Quiz
formatted so that one quiz is a half page, double sided. In other words, two quizzes are on one page. This quiz can be edited as you see fit and touches on early concepts that require students to become familiar with target vocabulary. Includes multiple choice and circle the correct answer format for those less comfortable with writing.

Sound Quiz
This sound quiz refers to experiment and also allows teachers to use backwards planning. From looking at the quiz, you can then conduct the appropriate sound experiments. Requires the student to use the target vocabulary and is a little more writing heavy.

After Watching the Bee Movie, students are asked to comment about the bee's role in food cycle. Also includes visuals introducing photosynthesis

Game that can be played at class teams. Students review types of forces, how energy causes force and creates movement. Also discusses balanced versus unbalanced forces, match definitions, look at picture of daily task and discuss force involved.

Includes T or F questions. Identify types of forces. Explain how forces are used in your daily life. Give examples of stored, chemical and mechanical energy.
