Finley Gaddy is a Board Certified Advocate in Special Education (B.C.A.S.E.) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience supporting children and families in multidisciplinary therapy setting. Certified as an RBT since 2022, Finley specializes in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, fostering skill development, and promoting positive outcomes for clients. Since October 2025, Finley has served as a B.C.A.S.E. assisting caregivers/interested parties in understanding IEP process. In addition to clinical work, Finley is the Enrichment and Experience Coordinator at a private multidisciplinary therapy practice, where they design and implement engaging programs that support social, emotional, and developmental growth. Finley is passionate about empowering clients, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and creating environments where children can thrive.
