The "Fear AND" Concept
Telling students to not be afraid will not take away their fear… It will only make them ashamed of their fear and less likely to tell someone when they experience fear. Instead of telling students not to be afraid, let’s teach them to face their fears. As they face their fears, they will become less afraid of fear itself. They will see all the amazing things they gain in addition to fear… Such as, courage, adaptability, new experiences, new friends, and so much more.

Teaching style
I believe that every student is unique and, therefore, needs a teaching style specific to him/her. I have never met at student that learns best by sedentarily listening to a lecture for a couple of hours. I encourage movement, activities, and each student using their own strengths to add value to the class as a whole.
