About the store
I started out teaching elementary school - 5th grade, then down to 4th and then down to 2nd grade. I taught math every year, but then also taught a mixture of other subjects depending on the year. After 4 years, I made the move to junior high where I taught 7th grade math on-level and advanced. I also taught 6th grade math lab as an extra math class to help support struggling math students. After 5 years, I moved to 8th grade to teach both on-level 8th grade math and Algebra.

Experience

I started out teaching elementary school - 5th grade, then down to 4th and then down to 2nd grade. I taught math every year, but then also taught a mixture of other subjects depending on the year. After 5 years, I moved to 8th grade to teach both on-level 8th grade math and Algebra.

Teaching style

I believe that every child can learn math. It is important to make math approachable by encouraging students to ask questions and not get discouraged when making mistakes.
