**I have just recently moved to PA to teach 2nd grade. I am ready and excited for this new adventure and cannot wait to see what it brings!
This is a .zip file.
There are 31 different backgrounds and 2 versions of the follow:
5 frame
10 frame
double 10 frame
That means there are 62 options for each frame.
This are blank ten frames to be printed, laminated, and used as student boards. These can be used in number talks, whole group lessons, small group lessons, partner work, and games. You could even consider sending one home to use!
This is a whole class game.
You will pick out clues form this set to read aloud, one at a time. As you read them you students will listen to the clues. When the clues no longer match their number they will sit down.
There are a lot of clues included that will cover numbers 1-1,000. You must be intentional with the clues you pick out (having a number/answer in mind).
This is played like normal dominoes only this time the numbers are displayed through various representations to build a strong sense of numbers 1-10. There is one tile of fractions included to then be able to connect to my fraction domino set if desired. Money domino pieces were added at the end, together, to add to the set when ready. There is also a blank page at the end for you or your students/kids to add your own (or make your own game)!
B&W for easy printing on any paper.
Representations
There are two card decks in this Zip file.
1. numbers 1-120 in color
2. numbers 1-120 in black and white
These cards can be used for numerous math games as well as for keeping track of the days of school or labeling. The options are truly endless.
Games that use this deck will be added to the shop upon finalization.

Here are numbers 1-10 shown on a normal size piece of paper as mini posters. They come both with a boarder and without. You can choose to cute the numbers themselves out or display them as mini posters. They can go on your wall or you can create a class book! Encourage your students to make their own in journals or, again, to create your own personal class book for reference.
Please look at thumbnail to see included representations.
Other representations may be added, however, I did not want
Here is a poster displaying 0-9 and what each number represents by the dots on each birds wing, appropriately. This helps ties in subitizing and building number sense. Enjoy the fun woodland, enchanted theme!

You can differentiate but only using a certain range of numbers or and/or a certain range of categories (the different means in
Here are the printable resources to create a deck of cards to play like war. Only, this time the numbers are represented different ways. Blank cards have been left for the teacher or student to create their own addition to the game (for numbers 1-10). Directions do come with the game. This helps build number sense by seeing, identifying, and creating (if you make your own addition to the game) different representations of the same number.

This game can be played many ways. It could be a memory match game, a team building matching game (where they simple work together to find pairs or groups) etc. The academics behind the game is getting students used to see numbers displayed in different ways and being able to relate them to one another. This builds on their number sense.
You can extend this game by creating your own version and finding new ways to represent numbers. The possibilities are endless!!
** NOW with a blank ten frame card sheet to create your own!
This game is played just like war only this time the numbers are displayed through ten frames. This game can easily be altered to 20 frame by cutting out the cards differently OR by turning it into an activity for your students to create their own version of the game. After playing and master they could create their one ten frame war card deck (or a double ten frame war deck). This allows them to take ownership in their work as well a
This is a .zip file.
This game is played exactly like go fish only it's with fractions. This game shows fractions of a set. The fractions that are included are the following: halves, thirds, and fourths.
Here are two versions of a mini number talk between two students. One student fills in as much of the ten frame (or double ten frame) as they decide and their partner has to tell them what number is displayed and how they know this. This helps aid in their ability to communicate HOW they know something and to push them further by communicating two ways they can prove their answer. Directions are included. Look at thumbnail sample for how to assemble.
Here are hundred (and 120) charts for student use.
