This is a set of 24 slides focused on notes covering Ohio grade 5 science (light energy) standards. There are links to videos and interactive notetaking.

This unit includes 11 lesson plans complete with pdfs, powerpoints, and worksheets for students. Also includes an overall unit test.

I use this form when students break rules or misbehave. "In our classroom we have a lot of rewards and incentives and I do my best to keep you encouraged and educated at all times, so I expect respect in return. On the opposite Side: Please write 10 classroom rules of your own. They can’t be EXACTLY the same as mine! I need complete, meaningful sentences and a parent/guardian signature."

I use this worksheet with math homework that requires the students to show organized work!

Fifth grade 2-Digit Long Division Review

This is a yearlong homework log that helps me keep track of missing assignments and/or find patterns in student behavior.

Great cut-outs (easily customized in Word) to help students understand what the verbs used in the Ohio Achievement Test require of them. In my classroom they are posted on the wall all year as a reminder to my students.
