Endless Resources

This pack includes the resources which have a link to fractions, either resources for the Fraction part of the Maths Wall, or worksheets for learning all about fractions; ranging from the simple colouring to division and multiplication of fractions.

This resource is one step above the one where they need to colour the fraction to see which one is greater. This one just shows two fractions, and they need to work out which one of the signs < , > or = they need to write in the box. There are two different files, one simpler and one harder. Both sheets have 12 questions per a page, and there are 10 pages for each.

Using this resources the learners can colour in the fractions and then decide which one is greater, less than or equal. There are two different files, one for comparing equivalent fractions and a simpler one where you just colour in the fraction listed. There are 6 questions per a page, and 10 A4 pages for each one.

This pack gives you 5 worksheets based on the Group B for the World Football Competition. Each worksheet is based on one of fives themes giving the children a variety of activities to complete. Each activity is based on different maths questions on a football maths theme. You can download the Excel spreadsheet and make your own copies for each of the Groups for each of the different activities worksheets.

This set of 5 sheets helps the learner to add fractions through using the fraction wall. The sheets all have different questions, though with the same fraction wall picture each time. The answers for all questions are at the bottom of the sheet to fold over or cut off. Two files have been provided, first file an A4 paper format and second file a letter paper format.

This set of sheets will give children a chance to practise their understanding of what makes a fraction. On the sheet they are shown a selection of fractions to colour in. The fraction is either a equivalent fraction or they will need to just colour in the fraction. When the fraction is equivalent it might be higher or lower than the actual fraction. NOTE: The file is in two forms, one for the UK market, and one for the American market, changing of the word Colour to Color. Also different versio

Print out the 12 cards, which are all unique, and give out to the learners. With larger classes you will need to print out more than one copy of each card. Call out the fractions above, one at a time, remind the learners that they may need to think about equivalence. Learners cross off any fraction called out, however there may be more than one version on the card, so they may need to cross of one or more squares. Once all fractions are crossed off, then call out Bingo.
