Andragogical & Interactive: Based on the principles of adult learning, my PD sessions prioritize movement, peer collaboration, and simulated practice. I believe teachers learn best when they are drafting, role-playing, and reflecting—not just sitting and getting.
Relational & Restorative: I advocate for a warm demander approach—maintaining high academic standards while building deep personal connections. My style focuses on helping educators move students out of survival mode and into a state of psychological safety where learning can actually occur.
Technology-Enhanced: As a tech-integration specialist, I don't use digital tools for the sake of flash. My style focuses on using technology to increase instructional clarity, provide immediate formative feedback, and lower barriers for diverse learners.
