This is simply 4 pages of 2 x 2 digit multiplication using the box method, or partial products method. Two pages is scaffolded for students needing more assistance, but all pages have boxes for students to fill in independently.
This is an 86 page resource covering place value, comparing, rounding, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers. There are 2, 46 page files, one to project slides of individual word problems for students to visualize, and one to print student worksheets that correspond to the slides. Both slides and worksheets possess various color graphics. Worksheets are divided for students to utilize two invented or learned strategies for solving the problems and for showing their mathematical thinking.
Here's 2 weeks of math review covering most of the 4th grade common core standards. The review is mainly computation practice and does not require students to solve word problems.
These worksheets provide scaffolded practice for students, who are working on mastering the partial products algorithm for multiplication. An answer key is included!
If you are introducing multiplication (2 digit by 1 digit or 3 digit by 1 digit) this file provides some basic practice for students using a tool commonly known as the "box" method, but also referred to as the partial products algorithm.
