Ring in the New Year with Area Model Division
Included are a set of 8 task cards, each with a 3 digit dividend and a 1 digit divisor division problem and an area model with some numbers filled in and with some missing numbers. It includes a student recording sheet (with area models already drawn) and an answer key. It would be great for a math center!
**These are the same task cards (different themed) as my Merry and Bright Division cards.

Teaching style
I am constantly looking for ways to engage and motivate students beyond basic memorization exercises and the all too often regurgitation of facts. I strive to promote creative and critical thinking skills while providing students with ample opportunities to develop autonomy and independence in their learning endeavors.
