Hi! I'm Mrs. Englund. It is my 5th year teaching middle school Science! I have taught both Earth Science and Life Science, but this year I solely teach Life Science (which is the branch of science I am most passionate about).

Teaching style

I am more of a hybrid teacher - My foundation is built on genuine relationships with my students and from there I build up a classroom full of curious little leaders. I teach my students that it is ok to fail as long as they learn from their failures and try again with what they learned. I try to meet the needs of all my students by meeting them where they are at - Inclusive and diverse teaching is what I strive to do.

BS in Biology from the University of North Dakota Masters of Arts in Teaching from Mayville State University Educational Administration K-12 from St. Mary's University
