This worksheet helps students practice the skill of repeated addition as a precursor to multiplication. It is designed to help them connect their knowledge of addition and arrays to understand that the number sentences 4+4+4=12 and 4x3=12 are the same thing. This worksheet can be done independently, with partners, or whole-group. The last two problems ask students to create their own array as well as the subsequent number sentences. This can be used as an exit ticket to check for understanding!

Keeping a log of behaviors can make it easier to help a student receive the services they need to be successful. As a teacher, I know it can sometimes be a struggle to document behavior throughout the day. This log is meant to make it easier to tally disruptive behaviors as they happen. A blank template is included to document behaviors not listed on the first page, and there are spaces for any necessary notes.
This product is a game that can be done in groups or in centers. Each student receives a copy of the recording sheet, and each group needs one set of clue cards. This resource includes an answer key, anchor chart, and spelling references that can be printed and used as a scaffold for students with dyslexia or other reading difficulties. The first worksheet asks students to list three internal and external traits of a character, and they may also draw the character in the included box. This is a product I used with my second-grade students last year! It involves a fair amount of writing, so we did a page per day in the last week and a half of school. You can leave out certain pages if you would like to make the project a little shorter. There is an "All About Me" page, as well as pages for the students to record their favorite memories with their families, classmates, and teacher. There is room on each page for the students to either draw a picture or glue a printed photograp
