Enso Pathways began with a clear mission: to advocate for and support the social-emotional development, behavioral growth, and mental well-being of students in school settings. Our goal is to share effective strategies and proven supports that lead to meaningful transformation in student behavior. The foundation of Enso Pathways is rooted in the integration of diverse therapeutic and behavioral practices that have consistently shown success. Our work spans across educational settings—from residential treatment programs for students with intensive behavioral needs to inclusive support within general education classrooms. Enso Pathways offers a structured, student-centered approach that prioritizes emotional and physical safety. The resources available are intended to promote and support student behavior and mental health needs. Resources include tools to monitor IEP goals, feedback and support for behavior and social emotional goals and problem solving student behavior and social emotional needs and responces.

This is a strength-based tool designed to affect a restorative, responsible and trauma informed approach to managing student behavior. This provides a systemic step-by-step process for students who are working on emotional regulation, problem solving, feelings and emotions. This organizer was developed based on restorative practices, trauma and the brain and counseling strategies. This includes connecting, reflecting, metacognition and restoring relationships.

My own education history

I am an experienced educator with a master’s degree in education, specializing in behavioral disabilities and mental health. My career spans a wide range of educational settings—from residential treatment facilities to general education classrooms—where she has supported both general education and special education students with compassion, structure, and advocacy. I am the founder of Enso Pathways, a mission-driven initiative focused on transforming school culture through mindfulness, restorative practices, and student-centered mental health strategies. My work centers on dismantling systemic inequities that disproportionately affect Black, Hispanic, and neurodiverse students. With a strong voice for change and a heart for healing, I am working to redefine what student success can look like in modern education.
