What is your super power

Created by
Eric Kuessner
Super power sheet is aimed at building self-confidence. This tool incorporates the fun of super heroes and discussing what super powers they have. When presenting this activity it can be fun to discuss super heroes and the powers they have and how they use them. It's fun to talk about how each person has their own powers. Powers can be things they like about themselves or skills that they have. This is a great tool to increase confidence.
