Third Grade Weekly Math Boxes, CCSS
Weekly Math Review Boxes are designed for students to complete over a one week period. Each number covers the same concept across the whole quarter/9-10 weeks, giving students repetitive consistent practice. Complete the first week together to model the concepts. For the following 8-9 weeks, have students complete the Weekly Math Review sheet independently. At the end of the week, go over the answers with the students modeling how to solve each problem. Making Numbers Place Value Activity
This can be used as a teacher-directed activity or put into an independent work station. There are 6 different direction cards that tell students where to put digits on a place value chart. It ranges from ones through ten-thousands. Then there are 5 questions that the students must answer using the number they made.
Included is a sheet of printable numbers, place value charts and direction cards. Print out on colored cardstock, laminate and cut out for a ready to go place value activity!

My own education history
I graduated from The University of Cincinnati, where I earned an Early Childhood Education license. I graduated with a Masers of Reading from Xavier University.
I am currently certified to teach preschool through third grade and just reading in first through twelfth grade.

I am a wife and mother of 3. I had the fortunate opportunity of teaching my youngest son when he was in third grade. One of my best years!
